By accessing and using the MailRang platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

MailRang is a cold email outreach and sales engagement platform. We provide tools for campaign management, email automation, and lead tracking. You understand that the Service is provided "AS-IS" and that you are responsible for obtaining access to the Service.

3. User Accounts

You must provide valid email and account information to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. MailRang cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

4. Anti-Spam Policy

You agree to use MailRang in compliance with the CAN-SPAM Act, GDPR, and other applicable laws. You may not use the Service to send unsolicited bulk email (spam). We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate this policy without refund.

5. Cancellation and Termination

You are solely responsible for properly canceling your account. You can cancel your account at any time through your profile settings. All of your content will be inaccessible from the Service upon cancellation.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall MailRang be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses resulting from the use or inability to use the Service.
