By accessing or using MailRang, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using the Service.
2. Service Description
MailRang provides a cloud-based platform for email outreach automation, lead management, and analytics. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any feature of the Service at any time without notice.
3. Anti-Spam and Compliance
Strict Anti-Spam Policy
You are strictly prohibited from using MailRang to send unsolicited bulk emails (SPAM). You must comply with the CAN-SPAM Act, GDPR, and any other local regulations applicable to your region. Failure to adhere to these standards will result in immediate account termination without refund.
4. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
5. Limitation of Liability
MailRang and its suppliers shall not be held liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on MailRang’s website.
6. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which MailRang operates, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
